OMG...C25K Week 4

     I just finished week 4 day 1 of C25K and OMG it was so difficult!!!  Up until now I felt that the workouts were doable.  Then all of a sudden they expect you to jog 5 minutes straight.  You might think I'm crazy or you might get how I feel but I actually look forward to the new week's workout.  Each week I think I won't be able to do next week's routine so its like I look forward to see if I can do it.
      I kind of think of my workouts like homework.  If my RPM drops below 50 during the jog portions I have to redo the whole workout.  (So far I haven't had to.)  That motivation keeps me going especially towards the end because I don't want to have to redo the whole workout when I'm so close to finishing.  Remember your teacher saying "when you cheat, you're only cheating yourself?"  If I slack then its only going to be harder for me the next week.  This week is going to be hard but at the end I will be half way done with C25K.
