Ok, so I've been liking the C25K app so much that I decided to download the
0 to 200 Situps app as well. This program is similar to C25K because it's 3 days a week, for 8 weeks. Although both apps are created by the same company, there are several differences. First off, C25K is free, 0 to 200 Situps is $0.99 at the Apple app store. Is it worth $0.99? We shall see at the end of 8 weeks. But really I feel the C25K is way more fancy. 0 to 200 Situps does not allow you to change skins or listen to music like C25K. Just like C2K you start each workout with a 5 minute warm-up. But it doesn't say what to do during this "warm-up" period. Stretching? Running? Idk. I guessed and did jumping jacks. I also feel that it might be too easy for some people.
Here is day 1 workout:
I was like 18 sit-ups? That's all? I can't wait for it to get a little bit more challenging. I just figured this would be a great workout to do on the days in between C25K.
Here's my workout schedule:
- Monday: C25K
- Tuesday: 0 to 200 Situps Challenge
- Wednesday: C25K
- Thursday: 0 to 200 Situps Challenge
- Friday: C25K
- Saturday: 0 to 200 Situps Challenge
- Sunday: Rest
Too bad I didn't start these to programs at the same time. Then I would finish the 8 weeks at the same time.
