C25K Half Way Done!

I DID IT! I made it half way through the C25K program!  I honestly didn't think I would stick with it but it was surprisingly easier than I thought.  The weeks have really flown by too!  It feels amazing to have accomplished half my goal.  I even created a badge to pat myself on the back ↓

Here are my screen shots as proof.  I didn't know that you can change the "skin" in the C25K app.  Well now I do, LOL.  I've looked at next week's workouts and they seem crazy!  But I look at what I've achieved and wow myself.  Four weeks ago I could barely run a minute.  Now I can easily run for 3 minutes. It's amazing to witness how my body has strengthened.  I may have not lost a lot of weight but I feel more confident and healthier.
