Blah Blah Blah

     Oh gosh the weeks are flying by!  I cant believe it's almost Halloween!  Am I ready?  No way!
     So if I planned out my C25K program I would've started earlier.  I really wasn't thinking ahead, I just came across the app and was excited to start immediately.   I started on Sep. 13 so if I stay on track I will finish my 8 weeks on Nov. 12. (I was sick for one week.) I think it's better to start in the beginning of September. The weather is cooler and you will finish the program before the busy holidays.  But you know what, it doesn't matter when you start. You just need to start!
      More speed bumps. *Sigh*. My family's schedule will soon be changing so it's going to be a little bit harder to stick to working out.  I'm still breastfeeding. How does that affect my workout? First, I can't take supplements, boo.  Before I would take L-carnitine along with CLA and I could see/feel results much faster.  Secondly, I have to eat. If I don't eat and drink a lot of water my milk supply goes down.  I do drink like half a cup of Starbucks skinny caramel macchiato on the days I workout for a kick of caffeine. I know that is bad for breastfeeding but I've tried to workout without it and it's soooo hard.
    The holidays are going to be difficult for me.  Ahh, Halloween candy!!! It will be a true test of how badly I want to lose weight.
