Body Measurements Log

I'm not going to lie, this is a post I have been dragging me feet to post.  The main reason being that I have to be honest with myself.  When I see the numbers, it scares me.  You know the saying "ignorance is bliss."  To actually take my body measurements made me face the truth.  Now I'm kind of depressed but at least I have a baseline and more motivation.  After giving birth to my second daughter I'm not sure what size pants I am.  Loose, flowy dresses are my friend.   So I really didn't know how "big" I had gotten.
I have been told that it is important to take measurements because weight is not accurate.  You can be gaining muscle but loosing fat.  I created a worksheet to log my measurements.  So here it is:

If you want to keep track of your own measurements using my chart you can copy it ↓ here ↓
So now the whole world knows how big I am. According to this website my waist to height ratio says "take action."  That is what I'm doing! I can just look in the mirror and see I need to "take action." (Don't need a waist to height ratio calculator to tell me that!)  I hope to post my log again with lower numbers after I finish C25K.
